At Yuki we make everything from real produce. Nothing here comes from concentrate. When you taste our strawberry shaved ice, it’s like biting into a fresh, juicy berry. Our melon flavors were actual melons just days ago. Our root beer is hand-brewed the old fashioned way from real sarsaparilla and licorice root.

Whenever possible, we use produce from right here in Utah. Our goal is to provide a collection of deliciously fresh seasonal flavors that are unique to our corner of the world. Because of this some of our flavors change from week to week. Keep an eye out for exciting new tastes to appear!
